Who is responsible

The Pivot Grid, based in the Netherlands. Questions about your data: hello@thepivotgrid.com.

What I collect and why

• Your email address, when you ask for the Formula Pack or another free download. I use it to send you the download link and, after that, new tutorials and templates (at most once a week).
• The page you signed up from, so I know which video brought you here.
• Whether an email was opened or a link clicked, measured by the email service, so I can see which topics are useful.

The legal basis is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You give it by signing up and confirming your address, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who processes it

The mailing list runs on Kit, an email service based in the United States, which stores and sends the emails on my behalf under a data processing agreement. I never sell or share your address with anyone else.

How long

Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom; one click removes you from the list. If you ask me by email, I delete your data completely within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to receive a copy. Email hello@thepivotgrid.com. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

This website

The site sets no cookies and has no ads or tracking pixels. Cloudflare, which hosts it, counts page visits without cookies and without following you across other sites. Videos are hosted on YouTube, which has its own privacy policy.
